I'm having trouble locating the window tilt latches and I will need several. My windows are Silverline and were installed in 2007. I've included pictures to help with identification.

Trying to determine which balance shoes we need and also some tilt latches. The balance measures 27 inches and the top string is put in with a screw. The balance has 26-5 on it and also letters TH and BSIN. Patent # on plastic shoe is 6679000. Square part of tilt latch measures 2 5/16" by 11/16 w ... (cont.)

I also need the tilt lock mechanisms for 10 windows if they are right and left ones I need 10 each I also need to know how the balancers are connected to the pivot locks of the window and the name of the window if you can furnish that I am a regular customer of yours ... I need to replace some of these window latches. I will be ordering the t lock shoes I need today but would like to replace some of these too Do you have them?

These are the the locks for our tilt out style windows we are in need of. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

While doing a thorough cleaning of my windows a few broke. Very brittle, 18yo. I supplied pics with measurements but found two pairs that are most similar. 26-393B or 26-419. Help!

Got the 26-393B Tilt Latch Pair however they were a little short. They when on perfectly but came up short. I was able to put a small screw, so it works. Do you have these in a longer option like 2 5\8? If that fits I would get that for the rest of my Windows.ThanksPeter

Hi there! I need to replace tilt latch clips on 6 windows the latch is 2 3/8 long x 5/8 inch wide. do I need any other hardware in addition to the clips to replace. Thanks for all your help. I am moving in early January so I hope you can help! Christine

I ordered item #26-393 back in February but it was to big so I had my handyman come by today and he measured the one I was able to get out of the window and he said the Length as 2 5/16 or 2 3/8 by width 7/16th I asked him to measure where the opening where you slide the tilt latch and it was lengt ...
