The only numbers are on the inside of the white crank/handle. It says 30614 and 30893. The existing window from the interior has the hinge/pivot on the right and the latch/lock on the left. The "cranking" mechanism is stripped and the window does not function.

Look for the bottom track assembly for a left opening and also right opening

Hi! I need a new window dyad and was hoping you could tell me which one to get. The brown straight bar says 40395 and the white part that attaches to the arm crank says 30615 and 30894. Thank you!

This is an example of one dual casement window with broken operators. The crank/arm assembly are junk and need to be replaced. The hinge assembly is also junk because of the plastic component that is prone to break.. There are another half dozen to replace but I can not assume that all the others ... (cont.)

Hello Swisco, I beleive the operator is the 39-188. Trying to identify the proper bottom hinge . I have a right side awnng window hinge that is broken. (The photo shows the left side hinge.) I believe it is a 3-bar hinge - please confirm. It is 12 inch hinge. Do you carry the replacement hinge? Also, is it sold as a pair for the leftand right hinges?
