Handle broke on the outside. Door is roughly 8 years old, purchased from Lowe's. I am not positive of teh brand, maybe BetterBilt? I purchased a new catch from Swisco for this door in the past, that part number was 82-249 if that helps.

Need a new sliding glass door handle (inside and outside with latch) for Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Place and Keeper (82-265 and 82-249). Replaced those but the old latch broke.

I previously purchased parts 82-265 and 82-249. Now the latch lever had broken as seen in the attached pictures. Two questions. One, is this the correct lever replacement part? Two, can I simply replace the lever or do I need to replace the entire handle and lock?

Can't find any names of anything. Possibly from Home Depot based on a sticker found in the door frame from installation. The lock mechanism failed and the lock handle also broke. Need to replace both.

The handle has Jeld Wen and Amesbury Door Hardware markings and a thumb latch (broken, so not included in installed image) that flips up or down to lock door. Patent: D466787.

Hello, The locking mechanism is tough to function. I have to partially remove the key to get it to open so would like to replace the lock. I cant find a model number on the door or anything so helping the pics can help.

My client is in need of the multi-point latch assay. Unfortunately this is the only pic I have at the present time. It is a vinyl slider that was purchased at Lowe's. I can get more pics as well as measurements at a latter date. Thanks for any insight!
