82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set, 3-15/16" (1-1/8" to 2-1/2")

Hello, I just received my Legacy 82-086 and upon installation the retainer thread bolts won't fit in the door to secure the handle. It appears the stock mortise lock is somehow restricting the two holes that the securing screws go thru. Do I need to purchase a new mortise lock as well? ... (cont.)

I need to replace my l sliding glass door handle- the lock didn't work and the handle fell off. Here is the information: 2265 US Patent 5125703 D340,398

Outside handle broke off and need to replace. Overall handle height is 10" Bolt centers are 3-15/16" Overall mortise length is 11-3/4" Center-center of mortise latches is 6-7/8" Door thickness 1-3/4"

Here are pics to our patio door handle. The inside part of the handle broke and we need to find the replacement. The measurement between the screws on the inside part of the door handle is 3/15/16 inches. If you need anything else, please let me know.Brenda/Robert

Looking for a replacement handle with lock for a older Kolbe patio door the existing one no longer locks shut and the dogs have figured a couple nose taps and they are off! I'd really like to find a replacement in black or something darker than the old brass..

I currently have a atrium patio door that was purchased from lowes. It has a double lock that currently is broken. Do you have a replacement for this or soemthing that would work?

Do you make the 82-086 without a key/lock option for the outside? Our handle broke and doesn't have that option. I'd prefer the same style.

This handle breaks every 2 years. I filed a warranty claim on Silverline's website May 20, 20201. I called on 6/4 and they're just now getting to March 10th claims. So now that it's broken completely, I'm looking for a replacement.

Hi, I see that the mounting holes for 82-086 are 3-15/16" which match my holes. What is the distance from the lower mounting hole to the locking lever? I want to make sure the lock/latch hole matches as well. Thanks!
