I currently have product 82-087. The bottom screw on ghe front, as seen in the photo, no longer can be tightened. When I try to screw it, it just spools and seems the internal mechanism is no longer functioning. Can you please point me to the correct part to order. I don't want to take it apart and ... (cont.)

the hook that comes out to lock the door was not staying latched. I tried fixing and when unscrewing the part with the hook it fell down inside of the door. I'm not sure if I need a completely new handle or just the part that is missing in the oval area? We had the door installed by Lowe's I bel ... (cont.)

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement handle set for a sliding patio door and a double swinging door.

These are on a Traco sliding glass door. We can not tell who made the partsl We need new handles with lock.

It's an old Ellison sliding patio door, 70 3/4 x 79 1/2. Had my customer look over the unit and cannot find any numbers on it. The unit was purchased in 1998.

The door lock doesn't retrieve. It just stays inside the door.

Mortise lock fell in door. When trying to replace. Lock we bought did not work from Lowe's. So now need new lock all of it..need asap as this is my dads house and selling but need this lock before inspection any help greatly appreciateJeff

I can no longer tighten the screw. I also see the plate is cracked but the lock still works. What do parts do I need to replace?
