36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set, 10"

My client's windows won't open more than 45 degrees. Needs to open a full 90 degrees.

The top hinge is broken as you can see from the photos. Silverline windows are under warranty but the company claims not to have this replacement part.

Bottom part broke which doesn't allow window to open all the way and doesn't allow it to come back

Believe it's a Silverline casement window. The track in wwindow frame is rusted and wwould like to replace it and operator

Hi, I could not find the brand of window on my 20 years old house. These lock levers keep breaking as these are made of plastic. I am looking to replace these with stronger metal levers.

The operator arm (I think that's what it is called) is bent/twisted. I think I need to replace that and the bottom hinge or the egress window. The top one is working fine

This is a bay window that was installed in the 90s. The window is in good shape but the crank part has broken on one side.
