Truth brand casement window does not open or close. Window also had water damage as well.

Top Hinge guide appears to be bent

There is a main "Entry Gard" arm. But there is a smaller arm at the top of casement window and at the bottom. The top is fine. From what I've found I have FERCO brand windows, the arm that attaches to the window frame is 71/2" and the sliding arm is 7". I also need the opening mechanism as the housing is cracked.
