Photo 1690 shows the overall mechanism, with the broken part running to the corner of the window. The part attaches to the operator on the right side and the underside of the window on the left. In the attached picture, the small, black, plastic piece that is screwed into the metal track and attaches to the hinge numbered 31272 has broken. Is it possible to replace just that black piece? Are casement window hinges right and left handed?

Gears pop up and down slipping out of contatct with each other under the tension of use. Looks like they were forced open or closed as part of the mechanism is bent. Both right and left need replaced. Do you know the part #? 39-438B?on arm C-C40-31x55, 40986

Hello,I have two Crestline crankout windows that are faulty. They will crank open, but will not close. I have located part numbers on the "assembly". I just purchased the crank mechanism shown in the last picture, and it was an exact match. I now realized the sliding mechanism that attaches to the crank and the window is rusted out and needs to be replaced as well. I believe these are Carco casement windows from 1993. The windows themselves are in very good shape but the plastic that surrounds the traveler has cracked and broken away. Thus, the window pops out of the track on any pressure is applied

Loking for new hinge and crank handle for Andersen windows

I believe this comes from a Milgard casement window. The base (part number 90486) is 13 inches long. The shorter arm (the bent one - part number 31861). Is about 6.5 inches long.

I believe these are Windsor Windows. Over 20 years old. This winter I tried to open when it was frozen shut and I think a broke something. Maybe off the bottom of the window?
