Seems like the little black square on the bottom is missing a lock for the pin as that's what coming apart

Need left hand (viewed from outside) sash hinges - pretty sure these are 10" 2-bar but want to verify. they say Truth EntryGard on them. Your P/N 36-048? I want to replace both upper and lower. Looking for advice on my casement window. I have several window that open easily but cannot be closed, especially the last inches of two before they close and are latched.

I have a left hand and right hand window that doesn't open and would like to replace the parts. On all the other posts with that truth part number the handle for the crank can be found in the middle. I was looking for this hing to replace. It has about 6.5in arm that goes from the window to the 10in rail. It is attached at the window very close to the right edge. 3038 is stamped on underside of this arm.
