I have a property under management that have Harvey casement windows installed and the operators are slowy rusting away as the location is oceanfront. The windows were installed in the 1980's or 1990's. The hardware is TRUTH components, and the only number I can find which is on the pivot arm is 3 ... (cont.)

This hinge is broken and the window will not close properly. This is a tiny piece that appears to be part of the Entry Gard Truth hinge assembly. It slides under the bottom of the window into a groove that allows it to close smoothly and tightly. I can't remove it. I saw a video on Facebook made by ... (cont.)

Hi, I have a small Norco casement window that I believe is original to our house, which would make it about 42 years old. I'm not sure why these 2 windows upstairs don't close all the way. they have truth mechanisms (one with 30905/30744, and the other 30905 and I don't see a 2nd number for this mechanism) the locks don't go all the way and I can't push the window in enough from outside to get the locks to close all th ... My MILGARD casement window becomes unattached to the cranking device on one end. Please help me how to fix it. In the picture with the mirror showing the underside of the window, there is a black plastic piece that connects to the metal arm. I think that needs to be replaced because the hole doesnot ... The window crank on one of the windows is unusable. The windows were installed when the house was built in 2001.
