Do you know which hinge arm part this is? I see it's a Truth Entrygard 20810 operator, but I can't see a part number on the hinge.

Hinges have rusted. MFR: PHP-62. Casement window series 850

I'm looking to replace all of the operating hardware on this window unit.

I am looking for a replacement basement window 16 3/4x 28 3/4, with the hinges. As you can see the seal is blown on this one and needs two new hinges.

Wanting to check warranty and see if we could get a replacement window.

Stamped with 7168-18 on one are and 7168-16 on the other arm

These are Eagle casement window units on a home I built 20 years ago in Santa Barbara and the tracks and guilds have gone bad.The operators seem to be fine so I think I just need tracks and rails etc that mount to the window frame and the window unit itself.The track that mounts to the window frame ... Hello! Upon moving into our home, we discovered that one of our windows doesn't fully close and lock, so the window is always open just a tiny bit. Need assistance with identifying the top window operator. The number is 6DN04. There is no manufacturer name. I have identified the bottom window operators as Truth 31850. Window model is Penn Co twin 2450 with 12" transom.

Right side of window dropped down upon cranking open. Looks like a brass pin is missing that goes through the support arm into the side of the window. We have an identical window in the next room.
