Hi - I recently bought a house that has 3 long acorn windows in the family room. Each window has the same issue. The window feels like it's going to fall out as soon as I start cranking because the anchor point at the outside of the window is out of the track. Hello, Desperate! The parts have trust #'s 30451 with 30744 attached. The part from the sill is #30751. Its odd, because we pulled an old window out from the basement, thinking we could use it's parts but they were different. Can you help?? The black slider piece, which fits into 30751 says 't ...
