Looking to discuss options with you. Not sure what replacement parts are option but he crank has never stayed intact in opening with allen set screw. Would like replacement that folds in or is a T-Bar. Need whatever in white.

My window hinge hardware has a broken stud, which I have temporarily replaced with a screw, window manufacturer no longer carries that particular brand, was wondering if you have this hardware available. Thanks in advance Rick

I have a Malta bathroom window that has a lever at the bottom of the frame to extend the top pivoting window out at a 45 degree angle. When closing the window the right side corner does not pull in completely like the left side! Does the window have an adjustment for this problem? ... (cont.)

Hi, I am looking for a replacement track assembly. Labeled Del Mar Tornonto The track length is 9-3/4" overall If you can see in the the picture main issue is one of the arm pulled out from the black part on the assembly. Any info would be great Thanks John

I broke the stud on my casement window hinge set. Niether the window or hardware have any manufacturer info but the slider rail has a part number 358-1L. Do you sell that part.
