Not sure if the whole thing needs replacing but the window wont close anymore

Hopefully you can identify the Truth casement window cranks that we have. Both the right and left handles have broken. The only text I have to go on for this one is that the arms read: 31876 and 41011, and the main body just has a date/time (10/05/01 05:15) and "Made in the U.S.A." Printed on the underside. I believe the correct replacement for this original crank arm is 39-253LB. Please confirm, I originally ordered the wrong part, and want avoid another incorrect order. The orginal hardware has 2 different ID numbers on each arm (41011) on the longer arm and (31876) on the shorter arm. ... (cont.)

The long arm is 9 inches, the short straight arm is 4-1/2 inches. I see numbers: 31538a on the curved arm, 45179 on the crank assembly, 40754 on the short arm, a 5 digit number on the long arm which I cant quite make out, first digit is either a 3 or an 8, last digits are 1272. Good evening, some of the windows in my house do not open properly. They get stuck on the frame and some won't Close without me, pulling the window in. I don't know if it's the mechanism or what. But it looks like a product that you sell.
