39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operator, Sill Mount

It looks like this window has two different operating cranks. The first one is left side and second photo is the right side. The name on them is Truth and on the second picture I see the numbers 30818.

I need 2 Operators as shown and 3 opposite. The straight arms are 9-1/2" to the wheel and the end section of the short arm is 4-15/16". My operator shown is stamped with S-1491-160, and the opposite is stamped with S-1491-265. 1 also need 1 beige lock as pictured on the left. I saw a discussion on ... (cont.)

Im looking for the correct cover and crank handle for this Mi casement window. The window is only a year or two old. I have some other casement windows that use crank handle and cover part number 39-376, but this one window has a different crank. Is this something you recognize? Thanks, Kaleb ... (cont.)

I need few of left and few of right swing with dual arm as in photos.

Works fine once it is clear of the jamb but just spins when closing tight or opening from closed.

Hello again, See attached photos of our latest failed operator. The unit is stamped with "Truth" and the number 41012. This is on a thru the sill mounting. I'd would like the white cover and a new gasket if that doesn't come with the crank assembly. Thanks you.

I have multiple Milgard casement windows (34" x 46" and 34" x 58") with cranks on the right side and left side that need replacement. These are ~22 year old windows.

Attached are measurements. Label faded on operator, but lists as Truth. From available options, thinking 39-032 (and 39-031 for other side) would match but the 39-253RB/LB don't have the longer arm dimensions. Hi,The casement window crank doesn't open very well. The gear is worn down so the teeth don't grip. The window is a Simonton. I've got two of these windows that have this issue and the other one is just the reverse opening direction.Thanks,Eric
