I believe this may be a Truth window crank. I have ordered and it is not your part number 39-107FK. The folding handle is 5 inches long (almost the entire length of the housing. Looking for WindowMaster replacement crank (4) I know that at least one of the the plastic pieces that is in a channel inside the track in the window that accepts the nib on the arm is broken/missing

Hello, I am looking for some help picking out the correct replacement crank assembly. I believe it is the truth encore low pro file 39-253RB. Does the cover plate on mine come off? It doesn't appear to.

Needs replacing

I can open the window, but when i try to close, the handle does not engage with the gear, i cant close. I am not sure if i need to change the whole operator or a part within the operator. I dont know how to open the case for the operator.

Can't find any company near me that will fix my window so I'm hoping to get the right part and repair myself. Thanks Patty

I need a replacement window crank assembly as the gears are stripped. The reason they are stripped is the casement window has saged and is rubbing on the bottom of the window frame. The 39-253 left and right (I need both) look like what I need. Can you confirm. Also, the original looks like the cover plate (white) is actually riveted to the mounting bracket. Since the will the Truth operator cover fit the Encore dual arm operators?

This is from our older Hurd bay window that's the left hand hardware and I need the hardware for the right hand casement. The casement sash is 24x58
