I need to replace the sill crank arms and top guides and whatever is need to repair these windows, I think Viwinco is the make. Do you have this part? crank just spins and window doesn't open. How do I replace/fix? Its 100% vinyl so how do I remove vinyl (not wood) trim to remove and replace part? Thx

it is a side opening window (over 20 years old from Milgard) with henges on the left side looking out from the inside. In closing the window it makes popping noises with the window not moving. the long arm in the opener is about 10.5 inches long.

These windows are near the ocean in Hawaii. The hardware is rusted and in one location it's turn the plate under the crank into a powder. Any replacement hardware would need to be stainless. This crank assembly is from a Hurd Window. Hurd is no longer in business. This window was installed in 2000.
