My MILGARD casement window becomes unattached to the cranking device on one end. Please help me how to fix it. In the picture with the mirror showing the underside of the window, there is a black plastic piece that connects to the metal arm. I think that needs to be replaced because the hole doesnot ... Morning, I am attempting to repair a number of casement mechanisms that are not working properly, however, I am unable to locate the correct replacement. I need both left and right hand. The only marking that I can find is the word "Truth"

I can no longer shut the window, when I turn the window crank there's a clicking sound, the window can't get close enough the shut/close with the latch. Do I need to replace the operator? If so, which one? Thank you for your help. Numbers I can find are 67813 and 31272.

The track on the window is L-shaped and it is 14 1/2 inches long and the arm on the crank itself is 19 1/2 inches wide tip to tip. The picture shown on the window is not the one I need. I need an opposite crank and track that opens left to right

Hi We need replacement cranks This one is completely stripped and window will not Close, I'm assuming this one is a left sided one ? We also should probably get a few extras. Some of them seem to be starting to go we have 3 that go this way 3 that go opposite way
