I'm looking for replacement for left and right Truth Maxim Operator 41011/31876, cover and handle in white, thanks.

The body shows markings 45411 and the arm shows 31876. The teeth on the arm gear have broken off.

The parts (39-239B, 39-536, 39-558) were perfect and they work great. The window is functional again, thank you! My dog busted through the open window and bent the metal awning operator. The plastic clips also got busted The casing that holds the crank, shown in pygem4.jpg measures 5 inches. I'm looking for the replacement parts.
