39-451 Encore Truth Operator Cover and Handle

It seems the gear on the crank for the awning operator is popping. Was hoping you could help me locate the part. I only have photos of the end but of the arms.

Hi! The windows in our rental home have broken cranks but we can't identify any sort of manufacture on the windows except somewhere is says, "Koto." Dimensions on the crank mount are 5 and 1/4 inches by 1 and 1/4 inches.

I have a few operators that work to open the window and close the window up until the last 3-4 inches or so. I have to help the window close by pulling it in. Would changing the operators help fix this issue? I am assuming one of the gears may be worn from tenants trying to close the windows when th ... (cont.)

do they make a cover to finish the truth dyad encore operator on the interior of window. Does this operator replace the truth dyad max? My actual operator is in a PGT Casement, PGT part number 7MC7028 (SS) (W). Will the truth dyad encore work in this application as a replacement? ... (cont.)

We've neglected this bathroom window as we don't open window about a half of the year due to the sever weather here. Now it doesn't open easily, all rusted and I am thinking we should replace this? I rublicated to help the move but it is hard to turn. Please help.

Good Afternoon - When you turn the handle to close the window it feels like something is "stripped." It will not close the last four inches unless we push it from the exterior. This "stripped" feeling comes from the handle crank.Thank you!Sarah

I used a app for measurement and may not be exactly correct and I'm not sure who makes the window. It appears that the control arm disconnected from the bracket on the window. I wanted to replace that bracket, control arm, and the crank. Any help with what Replacement parts will work? ... (cont.)
