I believe the two photos are from a Jeld-Wen sliding door. The single handle is the outside portion which pulled out of the bracket. The other photo shows two indoor handles. I think my doorhandle itself may be fine but the locking device my son broke by slamming the door shut with the locking device open so it doesn't lock anymore. Can you tell me what I need to replace in order to make that work?

My patio door handle is 7 1/2" tall by 1" wide and the lock is centered on the handle. It looks like your replacement part 82-086 would fit with the exception of the offset. This is an exterior door handle from the sliding glass door to an RV. It is plastic with 2 threaded metal inserts. The 5/8" diameter hole is for a lock cylinder. the inserts are spaced 3-15/16"
