Hello! My slide out pantry shelf recently broke and I am unsure of what I need to purchase to fix it. The side is labeled UNIGRASS 6600 but I can't seem to find anything like what I need online.

I ordered Home Depot Schrock cabinets 15 years ago or so and need to replace the glides on this lower unit. HD was not able to help. The part that holds the sliding drawer bracket to the cabimet has broken. All other parts in tact. The screw holes that mount to the mounting strip on cabinet wall are 1 1/2 inches apart and use Phillips screws. Can't see if it's just one or 2 screws holding it to the mounting bracket.
