If your drawer guides are broken that could be the cause of the drawers dropping and not shutting completely. I cannot really say for sure without seeing your dresser. I am not familiar with a Kenlin 32-134. Where did you get the product code 32-134? Does your Kenlin part match up to the picture of the 32-076?

This is my first experience with this, but here's what I have found... The case runner goes on top of / inside of the metal track, forming what I'll describe as a "T" inside a "T". Hi - we own several pieces of furniture purchased in late2003/early 2004 in Virginia, including a dresser, vanity, and night stand. Some of the drawer sliders, which are Kenlin parts, have broken. On a dresser drawer one of the Kenlin Drawer Sockets and both Case Runners have split apart and need replacement.
