I don't know their technical names, but I'd describe them as the spring, the spring carrier, the pulley block, and the sash bar or bolt. The spring has a number 6 (or is it a 9?) on it. Window world tilt windows , both the pivot bar and pivot shoe lock are broken. Do you have replacement parts ?

The two piviot pins come off a NT windows Alumminum window they are the pins to go to coil balance

I ordered some 140 model balancers that looked almost identical to these when I installed them I noticed they were round on the inside and didn't have that keyway type feature so they don't actually turn the locks, do you guys sell the little shaft in my sash that I can replace to match your 140 mod ... Looking for this pivot and the return spring setup

I need the 2 metal parts in the first photo and the shoe in the other picture. I have included a picture of the entire assembly.

These windows use 26-466 Pivot Bar, 2-1/4" and 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue but can not find the coil spring holders. I have ordered the above from you folks and they work great but can not find the coil spring holders. thanks Henry

This is at the bottom of the window and it helps it open and close

if you have a job to repair for windows. 4 complete sets needed. is there any more information you need? and hopefully you can help us quickly as two of the windows are in operable at this time. Thank you, Randy

Need help finding a pivot lock shoe and a pivot bar for my double hung windows.

I believe it's an allside window, a sticker says NFRC 100/200 SERIES 03A0 03S0 ST SINGLE HUNG PRODUCT LINE #1155-092, only visible markings on constant force balance coil cover are "A" 'B" "C" "D" "E" listed vertically. I have pics if able to send.

I have Alside Windows Tilt Windows installed in 2012. I think the model number is 301. I have enclosed pctures of Pivot Bar, Pivot Shoe, and Tllt Latch. Hello, I am repairing some windows in a house I just bought, the top windows would not stay up, I found that the metal bits in many of these shoes and many of the pins were broken or cracked.
