window was manufactured by Associated Material sold by Alside. I'm looking for pivot pins on double hung window.

The window I need to repair is manufactured in 2014 by Alside. The serial number on the window is 254-061257. I need the Balance Shoe and 2 1/4" Pivot Bar.
