I am needing to get 2 of the black peices at the end of the 2 arms that connect to the awning portion of the window. Once they are on the arm portion they slide in the channel on the window.

The window operator in the photo is labeled as "TRUTH". Please tell me the part number of this, and how I would remount it, as I broke this while remvoing it.

I recently purchased several of the the 39-253RB and 39-253LB dual encore operators to replace my old operators on my windows. hi. i just moved into a new house and i need a replacement for this, INCLUDING the part that connects to the window itself - the arm currently doesn't have anything to "grab on" to.

I need to replace this mechanism that opens and closes the PGT windows from the bottom center of the window. The outward extension is 16 inches when fully cranked out. Hi, I need to replace my window operator due to a stripped gear. I don't find any notch in the slider track to pull the operator arm from the track. How do you remove it? Thank you!
