The two photos show original (silver) and replacement (beige plastic) hardware for this window type. Replacements were made by others. I cannot find any markings on the hardware except some circles. The spline appears to be broken, although it will open the window but refuses to close it. The spline comes right out of the operator and appears to have broken off. Very confusing.

The 39-350 I ordered (lower unit in pictures) does not have a screw and bushing to attach the control arm to the window control arm. See my old unit which is the upper unit in the attached pictures. I have a right hand awning window crank I'm trying to replace. There are no part numbers nor manufacturer listed. However, it appears your Stanley Operator, right handed product code 39-058 is similar except for the two screw holes at the top ear. Mine has one. Also mine has 2 offset screw hole ... (cont.)
