I purchased the 15-070 Thermal Gard Pivot Shoe and it is too wide. Do you sell a pivot that has the circle part flush to the main frame? Here is a picture of what I need. The other dimensions are accurate except for the depth.

I measured (many times) the Traco pivot shoe with a precision caliper and I think that the 15-121 is the closest fit in size. I am replacing the spiral tilt window balancers with S600-22. Hi Tom,I believe your pivot shoe has been discontinued, but either of the pivot shoes you choose could work. You will need to make sure the thickness is accurate so that it will fit in the channel. Pilot shoe for window

Looking to replace broken coil balances in one of my windows but not sure which is the correct part. It looks to me like the 15-015 pivot shoe and the S150-8 coil balance. The coil balance has "840" marked on it and is 1/2" wide.

I am in need of these balances and the clip. They are for windows that are 21,23,24,27 9/16

The part you're referring to is known as a pivot shoe. Take a look at our 15-015 pivot shoe. I feel this may be a good option for an alternative. You will need to remove the part out of the window to be able to compare your measurements with ours.

American craftsman 3500 purchased from Home Depot. Part holds window and the small piece is for the screen corner connector

Its is 5/8 thick and 1 inch 3/8 wide

Windows are double hung and tilt. Pretty sure windows use the 5/8" tube diameter and the length of the cylinder is 31 5/8. (so 32"?) Pretty sure pivot shoe is 1/2 inch. Tip is black.
