Greetings - I need at least seven pairs of windows shoes. I do not have an intact one to attach, only the broken pieces shown in the attached pics. This apparently is part of a pivot for a single hung tilt sash window. the top of the part attaches to the bottom of the spiral lift and the bottom looks to have broken from the rest of the pivot at the bottom of the sash. My present shoes measure 1 inch wide. They are from BetterBilt Aluminum windows. The other dimensions are the same as your 15-015

Hi there. The spiral balancers I'd like to replace have no color, but I know are 29" and 3/8" dia. Would you be able to determine the weight/color needed by the size of the bottom sash? It measures roughly 44"x29" and is double pane. Thank you for any advice

Hello, I have double hung Patriot windows. Recently the window closed abruptly and now doesn't stay up. I removed the window and found plastic parts (all broken). Can you tell what these parts are and where I can purchase replacement parts. Thank you

I am looking for replacement window shoes. I have attached pics of shoes and balances. Shoe part number 15-219 looks similar except the pivot protrudes from the shoe in the pic.
