Hello, I am looking for help to fix older windows that keep falling down. At the bottom of the window balance spring are plastic pieces (photos attached) of a broken one and the way (I think) it goes together. The part number on one of them is PAT. 3.055.062. I think the part I need is the 15-015 p ... (cont.)

Have some other parts in my cart. Not certain about which pivot lock shoe this is or if I need a new one. The side mount pivot bar is broke, part of it is in the lock shoe, but can't find this on the website.

Hi there! We have Mastic tilt windows (most seem to be from 1996). We have figured out that we have 5/8 spiral balances in our windows but are unsure of what shoes we need. All shoes in our windows seem to have a red piece of plastic in them and a piece of metal on the top.

I am looking for the plastic clip as shown in the photos for upper tilt window tube balance. The above plastic connects to a 5/8" tilt tube balance. The bottom of the half of the window tilt tube balance is connected to a clip very similar to your series 600 pivot clip.

I hope that you can help me find this part. It looks like a type of pivot shoe. Manufacture name-unknown. I will be sending photos of other parts that go with this window.Thank you,Andrew

We have several Acorn windows in which this piece is broken. Can you tell me what I parts I need to replace it? The house was built in 1979.

Hello,It looks like your pivot shoe is broken, but take a look at our 15-015 shoe. This looks like a pretty close match, but I'd recommend comparing our dimensions to an unbroken shoe from the other side of your window. Thank you!

I need the spring bars for windows. 10 31" red tip 10 29" red tip 20 pivot shoes 17/32" And the tool to install them. I tried to call but no one answered. Can you guys please help?

This is a small bathroom metal window. Both shoes need to be replaced. The bar that fits into the shoe doesn?t have a screw attaching it to the bottom window. so I need the screw. The screw has a square tool fitting in its head. There is a piece of metal in the picture that I don?t know it?s purpose ... (cont.)

Looks like there's a U-shaped pivot bar inside as well as something on the bottom
