Hello- I am needing to fix a spiral window balance on older double hung tilt windows on a condo I have purchased. The condo was built around 1979, and association has no clue of window manufacturer! Attached are the pictures of my window parts needed. The measurements are as follows: 1 7/8" long/tall, 1" wide, 3/8" deep.

Need replacement pivot bars. All are rusty and broken. Need about 28 pieces to start. Matches with pivot shoe code# 15-015. Thanks Jack

looks like 3/8 in balancer, so 900 series. note length is 28 1/2. what size should I use? Not sure if shoe is 1/2 or 17/32, but I don't see any pivot shoes listed in either size that are listed as compatible with 900 series. What should I use?

After talking to one of your representatives, I have taken the following pictures to show you what the window looks like now with what I believe is the broken part. While replacing the pivot bars (#26-040) we noticed we also need to replace our pivot shoes. We believe the measurements of the pivot shoe are 2" High, 5/8" deep and 1 1/4" wide, though it was difficult to take accurate measurements while the shoe was still in track. I was able to cut out a but if the track to better expose the pivot. Until I buy a snipper to cut away the rest of the track as shown in your video, I was able to better measure the depth more carefully and I now believe its depth is 12.5mm +/- .5mm, bringing its depth more in the range of 0.472" to ... The windows use a 3/8 spiral balance 24in long with blue tips,and a sash weight of 15lbs, The pivot shoe measurements is 2" tall 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" thick, which matches the description of part# 15-121, however i read a post stating that part would not work with the 900 series spiral balance. This email is regarding the pivot shoe. I installed 15-046 which is not an exact match. It works, but does not lock (cam out) for braking to allow window removal. I have replaced the spiral balances and have noticed that some of the bottom holders are broken which make the spiral pop out on occasion. Would like to replace them. Windows are circa 1995 tilt in..if that helps. Did not see anything in your inventory that looks like these. Maybe since you work ... (cont.)

As you can see, this piece looks like a small U-channel that inserts into the bottom piece of the balance and is held by a set screw. I think it might be a "spiral balance pivot bar"?? I'm wondering if your part # 26-040 is what I need. If so, do you also sell the set screw? If I can find a rep ... (cont.)

Older spiral balancer. Measures 28.5 inch. Per posts, seems rounding up is advised. S-600-29. 29" series 600 Spiral tilt window balance red tip. (#4) Not sure of Pivot shoe. Any ideas. Seems 15-015 is close? Will need Charging tool for tilt. 75-006 Thanks for your help.
