15-015 Pivot Shoe, 17/32" Thick

Hello, I need some advice with Pivot Shoe selection. It is 2.0" high, 1.25" wide. I measured the thickness while it was installed and it could be 17/32" or 9/16" (not sure). See photo. For reference, the window is 30 years old, aluminum construction. Its two Spiral Balancers are 24" long x ... (cont.)

They are 9/16" Thick. Not sure of manufacture but they are an old vinyl window that have triple glazed units. Thanks

Unknown window manufacturer, but they are double hung tilt windows with 5/8" red tip spiral balances. I just need replacement shoes. Thanks, Ken

Hi, I need to replace a bunch of these rollers. The manufacturer is Reynolds and I believe the windows are marked with 1-74 or 11-74. The replacement part doesn't have to be identical, if something else will work, that's fine. They're at the bottom of a 5/8 spiral balance. They're about 2" tall by 1 ... (cont.)

Hi , I am looking to replace 4 broken pivot shoes for replacement windows 1 1/4 wide 9/16 thick 2" tall

The windows are by Style Built out of Chicago, installed over 20 years ago. The pivot bar is different from the metal ones I am finding on the site. I have tilt windows with moss 3-90 stamped on them. The house is at the beach and almost every pivot bar has rusted and broken. The sash shoe is blue. How do you remove a pivot shoe for replacement? Also I'm not sure of its thickness. It's blue so I assume I should replace it with a blue one. Any suggestions?
