15-015 Pivot Shoe, 17/32" Thick

Hi, What spiral will work for my window. The correct pivot shoe is 15-015 from what I see on the parts list. The tube is 29X5/8" thanks

Trying to find a match for this pivot shoe. See pics. I believe there are no peices missing. The cam has a flat spot indicating it spreads the arms of the shoe, not sure. Let me know what you think, no information on the window.

I can't find a video that has my actual issue. I have a tilt window that won't close properly. The top sash drops about 1/4 inch so the locks don't line up, easy to deal with but now when bringing the bottom sash down, the entire sash sits to the left so there's a gap at the top right of the sash. 17/32 x 1"1/4 x 2". I think i was holding it together properly but not my wheelhouse. It would be connected to the 25" series 600 spiral tilt window balance, S600-25. Thanks for helping.

two sides of channel balance? Not sure how to measure it. 30" or 31" 3rd photo is a roller on a pot metal arm with a screw in it. Placement is on bottom left of lower window.

I guess these windows are from late 70's or 80's. Double hung tilt. No names or numbers on windows. Balances are 19" long look a faded red. The upper windows have 17" balances. I couldn't find these pivot shoes. Only the top portion appears to be broken. The open part seems to be made that way I tho ... (cont.)

How does one replace a pivot shoe....there seems no way to remove it from the channel

These photos are from one window - left and right side. They were very tight to get out and I had to really push them. I'm thinking that theywere possible oversized replacements. The original wondows ( picture attached) were installed in 1981. Thanks for any help.

My older broken pivot shoes are different (see pic) but match dimensions on this 1/2inch one. I have the series 600 spiral balances. Just wondering if you think these will work about the same? Thanks.

The spiral balance needed is a 3/8? diameter x 29? long. I need the bottom clip that goes in the channel as well that the bottom of the window locks into and pivots for removal. The bottom clip is 1 3/4? long c 1? wide see pics. 251-599-9170 Rick Lewis

looking for two parts, one is the plastic window slide inside sides of windows, second is metal piece on bottom of window. All windows were installed by Crystal windows in Queens.
