My Window will not hold up and slams closed (Home Built in 1999). The cork-screw like balance is 28.5" long (white sleeve part) plus extended probably double that if you count the cork-screw part coming out of the sleeve. I am looking for replacement pivot lock shoes. The shoe is 2-1'8" tall. I have not tried to remove the shoe(s) yet, but the channel dimensions are 1-1/4' wide x 1/2" deep. Not sure what it's called but more importantly I just ordered some balances as samples for a customer. If they are right, then I'm going to need to find 60 pieces of this part in addition to the window balances. Do you have this part, or access to it?

Hi, What spiral will work for my window. The correct pivot shoe is 15-015 from what I see on the parts list. The tube is 29X5/8" thanks

Trying to find a match for this pivot shoe. See pics. I believe there are no peices missing. The cam has a flat spot indicating it spreads the arms of the shoe, not sure. Let me know what you think, no information on the window.

I can't find a video that has my actual issue. I have a tilt window that won't close properly. The top sash drops about 1/4 inch so the locks don't line up, easy to deal with but now when bringing the bottom sash down, the entire sash sits to the left so there's a gap at the top right of the sash.
