Can you help me identify the parts on these older double hung vinyl replacement windows? Please review the attached pictures the spiral balance has a red tip and the metal tube section is 22 inches long. They will need to be replaced as well. How to size a pivot shoe

Unsure of model or year (another window from same era shows "Series 151 on the NAMI sticker). Need a shoe and 2 spiral balances and need to identify which replacement part would fit. Spiral balance Length: 29" Tube diameter: 1/2 or 5/8 (a bit deformed) Color: see picture

Hello, Need part numbers for 5/8" Spiral Balances 30" long And pivit show as shown in the picture

The shoe on one of my windows broke and I need a replacement. On the side of the shoe is inscribed PAT3055062.

I need two balances for a tilting sash window. The old balance is 36" long, U-shaped and the window weighs 24.6 lbs. The old balances have the code C3530 stamped. Do you think you can help me? Thanks, James

The part that hooks the pane to the slider (shown in the picture) rusted and broke. I want to replace the slider and the broken part. Not sure how to extract the slider shown above. Claude

My balances are 29" long with Blue tip See pic. My pivot shoe is 2"H x 9/16" thick app and 1 1/8 wide app. the 1 1/8 isn the app with of the channel. i haven't removed anything so I can t get exact measurement. i hate to remove them until I have something to replace them.
