Can you tell me what pivot shoe I need base on this photo

Hello, I am working on replacing some of my pivot shoes and am trying to understand if different shoes have different "weights" - in other words, are they are able to apply differing amount of locking force, or is that completely dependent on the width?

Need help identifying tilt operator part numbe. This one is not broken, but others are. Depth of cavity 1/2"

I haven't found any markings on this part, and I did look for it in your catalog, but didn't find quite the right part. The Windows are by ALUMAX, and were installed in 1997. Hi Swisco. 2 of the 3 tilt windows pictured need new balances, however mine are rectangular not round. Do you have replacement parts for this type? I spoke to one of your very helpful reps and they indicated you may be able to help. Thanks!Peter

I recently purchased 2 pairs of spiral window balances from Swisco. I am very happy with them.However once they were installed, window will not stay up and I believe I must replace the white plastic part you see in the photos. The double hung windows are made by Three Rivers Aluminum Co. I made need parts for the spiral balances too, but I'm not sure. Thank you!

Hi, I am trying to replace a broken pivot shoe. All measurements lead me to believe that it should be replaced with the 15-046 pivot shoe that you sell. The only difference is the 15-046 has a white cam and mine is light blue. I haven't taken a micrometer to to it, but the thickness is slightly over ... (cont.)
