Hi Swisco. 2 of the 3 tilt windows pictured need new balances, however mine are rectangular not round. Do you have replacement parts for this type? I spoke to one of your very helpful reps and they indicated you may be able to help. Thanks!Peter

I recently purchased 2 pairs of spiral window balances from Swisco. I am very happy with them.However once they were installed, window will not stay up and I believe I must replace the white plastic part you see in the photos. The double hung windows are made by Three Rivers Aluminum Co. I made need parts for the spiral balances too, but I'm not sure. Thank you!

Hi, I am trying to replace a broken pivot shoe. All measurements lead me to believe that it should be replaced with the 15-046 pivot shoe that you sell. The only difference is the 15-046 has a white cam and mine is light blue. I haven't taken a micrometer to to it, but the thickness is slightly over ... (cont.)
