Looking for this lock from the early 90's.

Casement bay windows: some are hard to open, possibly due to cleaning and needing lubricant. Others dont open or close well due t parts. Please can you send me your links for the latches and operators and whatever else you see in the pics which I might need ???? I will be sending another bath of pic ... (cont.)

Trying to replace my crank and hinge arm assembly for Pella windows. The main arm is approx 11 3/4 inches. Also need to figure out window lock replacement part. Window lock is 3 inches where it meets the hole in window. Thanks!

9700 series casement window. Latch wont lock with either the window open or shut. if Shut it will engage easily but wont lock.

Hi! I have a Truth 40618 (with a 4 beneath that #) rear mount window latch that has lost it's friction to stay up in the open position. The inside cover plate is 3 inches long. Will your 38-036 replace it? It looks exactly like it. It's at least 30 years old. PJ
