I am looking for Truth Hardware CAM handle lock, two left hand and two right hand in brown. The holes are 1 1/2" center-to-center. US patent number is 4930820 and were made in the United States. I can provide a photo if you wish.

Hi Swisco - I recently purchased a couple of Cam Handle Lock, LH Product Code: 38-060 in attempt to repair a broken handle.
