Locking handle
Hi. What type of locking handle should be used for a glass casement window, which, I believe, uses a #39-001 9-inch window crank operator, which I want to buy from your company? What's the difference between handle 38-005 & 38-001? Do you ship to NY &/or PRico? Thanks

Metal frame casement window operator
I live in Florida. The house is CMU built in the late 1940s. A lot of the windows are painted shut but Im trying to make them operable one by one. I think this will match 39-001, but I'd like to be sure. Will the part need additional finishing to account for the moisture down here? Thanks for your h ... (cont.)

9" casement operator

The 39-002 handle will not freely turn
Recently ordered the 39-001/2 casement window crank assembly. Upon installation of the crank handle we discovered that it would not freely turn in a full circle because the set-screw tang on the crank handle is striking the beveled top edge of the crank-gear housing. It appears that either the e ... (cont.)

What's the height of the button on the hinge tip of 39-001?
On the deminsions shown on this window crank one seems to be missing. I am replacing a crank operator in a house built in 1953. I picked up a unit at home depot and it would not work. Correct for late 1970's RADCO aluminum casement window
Have read some of your other replies and greatly appreciate your knowledge and consideration of the questioner. This 39-045 operator is the closest thing I see listed to the stripped out operator I removed from what I believe to be a "RADCO" aluminum casement window new in 1978. Screw hole alignmen ... (cont.)
