No marks on the operator, I have model with butterfly and long swivel
Looks very similar to model 39-277 and 278, but the dimensions are: vertical distance between screws: 5 1/4" distance between the two bottom screws is : 1" , openning in the flat bar is 3/8". And the length of the flat bar between the two openings is 2 5/8"

Looking for a Operator with 1 mounting hole on the top, two on the bottom. top to bottom spacing 5 1/4, bottom holes are spaced 1 1/8". the arm is 2 1/2" from the pivot pin, to the 3/8" non-threaded hole. Thanks, Bob

This crank was installed in the late 70s.
I need to replace it. I'm clueless about measurements, etc. I had ordered a replacement from Amazon, but when it got here I noticed that it had two holes at the top of it and the one in the picture only has one hole at the top. my operator's dimensions resemble all of the specs you show on your 39-025, with one exception. My operator doesn't have that sharp offset in the inner arm. Would that make a difference?
