I?d line to know where I need to measure my current window crank mechanism to order the correct replacement

Pat.No 198202 US this is the only number on it. In case you cna't read the numbers written on the paper in the pictures the height is 5 1/4 distance between screws on bottom: 1 1/8 ctr to ctr arm bar is flat and ctr to ctr is 2 1/2

The crank on my window is stripped and I can't get it closed all the way. I live in PA and this is for a condo in Florida. Version of 39-011 with longer arms
Looking at your product number 30-011. I need the arms to be 3 inches and the internal arm to be appx 3 1/2 inch Does this meet these requirements. Thanks Sue

the 39-378 is a right hand operator that matches the old operators I want to replace, hole centers shape ... I can not find matching left hand Can you help? I need two. Changing Cranks for superior awning
I have a sunroom crank window with the ext dimenions of the Superior Window Crank. The one problem is the fastening of the 3/8" arm end. The existing hardware is a philips head screw on one side and what looks like your special nut (33-205). I'll have to drill those out to replace. Do you have ... (cont.)
