I have two openers, one opens left, the other opens right. Besides that, they appear to be identical. The part number on the back is 40055 and 40056.They are 13 1/2" from the center of the point the metal arm mounts on to the center of the white roller that goes in the track on the window. Bought an older house. Has 3 39x22.5 top hinged casement windows. Crank say "SEMCO" side latches sat "Truth 31705" Latches and cranks are stripped\broken. We need 3 full opening assemble us and 6 side latch assemblies. Thanks

Hi, I am looking to see if 39-458 would be the best choice for this (pictured) for a single arm length at 13 inches (measured between the gear and arm to the end of the arm). In Image 1820 - you can see the window has become displaced out of the track on the top. In image 1823- the crank arm is disconnected, this arm does not look like the arm used on the other crank out window, it must have been replaced at some point On the lower track, the window is connected but the ... Do I have to take the window frame apart to remove the operator? It appears the gear is striped. It won't crank in or out. I have the 13 1/2" one

Arm says 30744 but I'm having issues with the internal hardware slipping when cranking the window in or out. I want to buy the exact same assembly but I'm not sure which to buy.

Only marking is on the crank and the brand is Malta (I hear they are out of business).
