Hi, I recently received a panam/Daryl window crank 39/017 there is very little difference between the old crank and the new crank, except for where it attaches, the screw and the rivet. What hardware do I need? Thanks and have a great day! Lynn C

Hello. I am repairing awning windows in 8 rental units and I need help in identifying the necessary parts required. I've attached several pictures. I believe the cranks needed are 39-017 right and 39-016 left. I will need 34 cranks and the ancillary parts you recommend.

Does the 39-017 come in white

This is on a window in the bathroom. It is a very old house. I could not identify the logo, possibly "ACP". The window only has 2 horizontal panes that rotate. I have had trouble verifying the dimensions when comparing online diagrams.

These are to windows that were built in the late 50s. The frames are aluminum and have horizontal glass panels. There is a handle that attaches and you turn to open. trying to find window crank replacement as the ones on windows no longer work. there is no name or numbers on this part. 5 and 3/4inches from top to botton. 7/8 inch wide at top with 2 screw opening. 1 5/8 bottom with 2 screws Thank you Linwood

As I read on one of your posts, the crank moves the window out but when operation is reversed, all that happens is the crank ejects itself (unscrews?) from it's holder. All my windows are from the 1960's and in very good condition. They each have a plate that reads "Pan Am". I have included the ... (cont.)

link is 2 1/2 in. lower mounting holes are at 1 5/16 in. upper holes are at 7/16 in.

I need (I think) right-handed cranks, as all crank handles face the same way and are mounted on right side of windows. The crank link is threaded. Crank was installed with condo about 20 years ago. Please help me identify the replacement part needed for this operator. Came off a Pan-Am window. Top screw holes to bottom screw holes ~ 5 1/8" center-to-center. Also, need to identify and order screw to atrach arm to window since threads stripped while removing. Thank you.

The crank unfortunately will no retract the window. It's about 30 yrds old and needs replacing. I have added 3 photos of it from various angles. I am in Florida and will be heading back to Canada the 1st week of February. Is this something that can be replaced and/if so will it arrive in time for me ... (cont.)
