I have all right hand operators. I was looking at part #39-025 but saw the extension arm measurement is 2-1/4 inches. The measurement on my operator is 2-1/2 inches (see photos). I sent for new hand crank and the holes don't line up, the one at the top is not in the middle its to the left. Is this the wrong crank 3048? I watched one of your videos and it looks like 1080p 39-025 would be better. What do you think?

I need to replace this operator. All the ones I find online have slightly different dimensions. My crank arm link is only 1.875" center-to-center. The vertical height between the mounting holes is 5 1/4" and the horizontal distance is 1 1/8". Can you find this part for me?

Dear Sir/Madam, Attached are pictures of my 1950's awning operator (Dimensions - 5 7/8" high and 7/8" inches wide). One of three triple window awnings in our mud room.
