Awning operator bushing and sleeve
I purchased the Keller window crank, 39-060.The 3 mounting screws are OK but the original oprerator has a bushing instead of a flat arm and also has a plastic sleeve over it. I would like to know if you have the exact part or I should purchase something different.

Awning window only opening slightly before getting stuck
Hi. My issue is the crank is working properly, but the window now only opens slightly then the crank feels like it gets stuck. Forcing the window open past this point by turning feels like it will break something. I am able to close the window, but now cannot open it more than just a crack. Is there ... (cont.)

RE: right hand awning window operator with 2" link arm.
I thought I was all set to buy an operator from you, but I see that the arm length on center on my unit is 2-1/2". The best I can tell, all your lengths are shorter. I measured from center hole to center of rivet.
