Hi - I have awning windows that were installed 10 years ago. Some of the cranks have worked their way out of the operator. I can't find any manufacturer name or indentifyer information on windows or operators. On inside of operator is stamped SD and made in USA. They are white The dimensions are ... (cont.)

Distance between lower two screw holes of base: 1- 1/8 " Between top and bottom screw holes of base: 5-1/4" From bushing to joint: 2-3/8" Not sure how to size bushing.

I am sending you a picture of an old awing window mechanism. I hope you can identify the part by the picture or it will give you enough information to ask me a question. The spline appears to be broken, although it will open the window but refuses to close it. The spline comes right out of the operator and appears to have broken off. Very confusing.

Rh awning operator. 5 1/4 from top hole to bottom hole. Measurement between the 2 bottom holes are 1 1/8. Measurement from hole to hole on link is 2 5/16

ref: awning closure 39-025. I recieved parts as ordered...installed one works well...second one i attempted, awning window doesnt close all the way. I did lose a bushing that goes in crank hole...and you sent no screws or bushing. could the lack of the bushing prevent closing if so, how do i obtain ... (cont.)

I am replacing moulding around existing windows, but now need left sided window cranks and off white in color. The hole centers are greater than 5" and have no visible brand markings or serial numbers.
