We have 9 multi-pane and 2 single-pane aluminum awning windows from Victor Windows in Philadelphia installed in our summer cottage on Lake Ontario. (The company is out of business.) Need to replace the entire white crank unit handle comes off n parts fell out

Unfortunately I see no numbers or markings on this mechanism. Dimensions top screw to bottom screw i measured as 5 1/2 inches. Looks like 1 5/16 from bottom screw to across to the other bottom screw. Hoping you have this replacement part.

The first picture is what you just sent me and the second is a picture of the old operator that does not work anymore. I received a part from you that seemed to be the right one but there is a screw attached on the arm that can not be removed, thus I can't use it. Do you have an identical part to ... (cont.)
