I have a semco casement window with a broken crank. Upon further examination I noticed that the hardware said Truth Entry Guard 30744 on one of the pieces. The attached photo is of a Jeld-Wen casement window operator that has stripped teeth. The date of manufacture from the date on the window is 01-05 and the "model" on the operator is "Entry-Gard"
