I can't seem to find any way to adjust this window... It seems to be hanging very low... The operator arm on the lower part does not seem to be putting any tension to help hold the window up and aligned. I can push up on it when it gets back. Or crank "fast" to get it to pop shut. Similar in arm measures as described but the screw pattern is completely different. Which do you recommend? Could I make new screw holes in the window to accommodate your's?

My window crank stopped working. It's stripped or something. I added 3 pictures.1. The number 50471 stamped here really small.2.The whole part needed.3. 30851 is stamped on the arm.The arm swings out to the right when opening.

Require placement cranks. A right and left crank.

Hello Both sides of bow window broken. Cranks stripped, spins and mechanism won't work. Only way to open is to unlock and pull from outside. Need complete assemblies for right and left side. Thanks Tom

The part has "Truth 30744" on it. It has a round part that goes in the slider, while the recommended parts on your website have either a square or rectangular part. Can you tell me which arm set would replace the one in the picture?

Stamped on the hardware is Entry Gard TRUTH and 20544.

On the crank teeth shown in the second photo it says Made in the USA on the left and Truth on the right. The underside of the handle in the first photo says US patent 4,083,264 then Can. On the long arm of the window crank is stamped "Entry Gard Truth"; on the shorter arm is stamped "20810". The longer arm on the left is approximately 9.5" long. Good morning. The window is located in a ocean community home so rusty is an issue. I need left hand and right hand operators, tracks and hinges. Hinges for top and bottom please. It's a bay window that still has the glass sealed. Amy help is appreciated
