Windows are at least 35 years old. The cranks just seem to stop working. They might've been forced. Not sure what needs to be replaced. I have two right and two left opening casement windows that need to be fixed. Do you need to see the part/ arm that opens the window ThanksCary

Hello - I am trying to identify the hardware to replace broken cranks/operators. The photos show Truth and 40942 (left side window) and 40941 (right side window). I have additional photos and videos if it helps. I need 4 left and 4 right. THank you.

45x39 double awning window

This part is broken. What part do I need and do you have a how-to repair video so I can install a new part?

I have attached pictures of the casement window crankcase that needs replacing. It is an Entry Gard Truth 3084IL which I believe corresponds with Swisco part 39-031 and 39-032. I could not obtain an exact measurement for the long arm but it appears to be 10" and the short arm is 4 1/16". Will you be ... (cont.)

Norco stamped on handle. Pella window around 1994. Small kochen over the sink window pair. I also have photos.

We have several windows that are missing the handles. Some handles have the spindle/gear at the end, while others are just the handle and there is nothing to connect them to the operator. The window opens without a problem by pushing the glass, but the crank is no longer attached. See the photos; the photo with the metal cover over the mechanism is from another window by the same manufacturer. I believe the manufacturer was Weather Shield. What part do we need? The window is Milguard from about 1995. The top of the long arm is stamped with "Entry Gard TRUTH" The bottom of the long arm is stamped "30757LH" The shorter angled arm is stamped "30851" The shorter straight arm (attached to the angled arm) is stamped "20312" It looks like the spiral gear on the ...
